Your database already records every time a device loses power. Continuum Health reads that stream, works out what actually happened to each asset, and hands you only what a person needs to look at. It runs inside MyGeotab — there is no second login and nothing to install on a vehicle.

What it actually does

A power-loss alert tells you a device stopped reporting. It does not tell you whether the battery died, the harness worked loose, or somebody pulled the device. That question is the whole job, and it is answerable from data you already have.

Bad battery — deep discharge Voltage fell below recovery before the device dropped. Replace it before it strands the vehicle.
Battery draining while parked A steady decline over hours with the vehicle sitting — a parasitic draw, or a battery that no longer holds charge.
Charging system fault Voltage above a healthy alternator ceiling. Overcharging quietly destroys batteries.
Connection failing Repeated drops with healthy vehicle voltage. One connector reseat ends months of alerts.
Weak battery — crank brownout The starter pulled the rail down and the alternator recovered it. Normal. Closed automatically.
Unexplained — needs a human Extended outage, healthy voltage either side, nothing electrical to explain it. This is the one you get told about.

It never writes to your database

Continuum Health reads fault and voltage records. It cannot alter a record in Geotab, by design rather than by setting.

No second login, no stored credentials

The Add-In runs on the MyGeotab session you are already signed into. We do not hold a password for your database.

Your data

Nothing leaves your database

Settings and history are stored inside your own Geotab database. If you remove the Add-In, your data goes with it.

Being straight with you about what this is

  • This page is not the product. There is nothing to sign into here — the Add-In only works inside MyGeotab, using your own session.
  • It is genuinely free for Geotab fleets. It exists because Continuum Fleet is a Geotab reseller and this is a problem our customers kept having.
  • It does not claim to detect theft or tampering. It removes the outages that have an ordinary explanation and shows you what is left, which is a much smaller and more useful list.
  • It reads a fault stream Geotab already collects. You could reach the same conclusions by hand, given enough hours per week.

Tell us where to send it and we will reply with the configuration to paste into System Settings → Add-Ins, plus a short note on what to expect in the first week. A person reads these; there is no automated sequence.
