Your database already records every time a device loses power. Continuum Health reads that stream, works out what actually happened to each asset, and hands you only what a person needs to look at. It runs inside MyGeotab — there is no second login and nothing to install on a vehicle.
Request the Add-In →A power-loss alert tells you a device stopped reporting. It does not tell you whether the battery died, the harness worked loose, or somebody pulled the device. That question is the whole job, and it is answerable from data you already have.
Continuum Health reads fault and voltage records. It cannot alter a record in Geotab, by design rather than by setting.
The Add-In runs on the MyGeotab session you are already signed into. We do not hold a password for your database.
Settings and history are stored inside your own Geotab database. If you remove the Add-In, your data goes with it.
Tell us where to send it and we will reply with the configuration to paste into System Settings → Add-Ins, plus a short note on what to expect in the first week. A person reads these; there is no automated sequence.
